Founded as a small family practice in Escondido 1932 by Dr. Martin B. Graybill, today we're the region's largest Independent Multi-specialty Medical Group. Our capacity to provide for our patients through the full range of care continues as we look to fill the following position:

The IT Helpdesk Tech will provide customer service and help maintain the computer desktop environment by installing hardware and software solutions. Investigate the current environment, recommending solutions, and integrating standard solutions. They will also have a role supporting the implementation/user access to 3rd party applications. Ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical people over the phone and in person is a must for success in this position.

Skills / Requirements

2 years demonstrated work experience as an IT Tech, Basic Microsoft Office skills,  Basic understanding of Active Directory, Experience with Microsoft Windows server platforms and technologies, Strong verbal and written communication skills. Exceptional customer service is a must.
