Graybill Medical Group is now affiliated with Arch Health Medical Group. Like Graybill, Arch Health is a large multi-specialty group practice with offices in North San Diego County. Currently we are looking for a Full-Time Radiologic Technologist at our Graybill office in Escondido. Key role in which you would be responsible for performing routine x-ray examinations. The Radiology Technologist must be flexible to work weekends and evenings.
Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

*Independently performs all routine exams.
*Uses correct anatomical positioning, including proper shielding and collimation to ensure quality radiographs.
*Selects correct technical factors to produce optimal radiographs with lowest amount of radiation.
*Explains procedure to patient in lay terms, gives post exam instructions, and instructs patients on protocols for receiving results of their tests.
*Completes necessary billing with CPT and diagnosis codes.
*Keeps exam room stocked appropriately with necessary supplies
*Ability to manage timelines and critical deadlines
*Demonstrate the ability to work independently, take initiative and use good judgment
Qualifications
*Fully licensed w/Associate Degree in Radiology required.
*️Must possess valid ARRT certification and CPR certification required
*California Valid and current Radiologic Technologist license
*Experience preferred in a busy outpatient imaging center performing general X-Ray procedures
*Ability to work independently
*Experience with X-Ray digital imaging and PACS
*Skilled in all X-Ray positioning, X-Ray exposure controls and Radiation Safety
